As of 5/1/24, the clinical practice of Dr. Allen Bowling is closed.

If you were a patient of Dr. Bowling’s and are having neurological issues, you should contact your new neurologist. If you do not have a new neurologist, then you should go to a large hospital-based emergency room that has neurologists who provide on-call service to the emergency room. If you need copies of your medical records, please call (303) 635-6949 and leave a voicemail request for medical records.

• The date of your most recent appointment with Dr. Bowling
• Contact information for the location you would like your records sent to, including name, street address, phone number, and fax number
